Q: How long does the “One-Day Mumbai Darshan Tour” take?

The standard tour package is designed for 10-11 hours of city sightseeing. We recommend starting early (around 8 AM) to avoid peak traffic and maximize your time.

Q: What if I exceed the 11-hour limit on the All-Inclusive package?

If you require more than 11 hours, an extra hour charge (specific to your vehicle type) will apply, which will be clearly communicated by the driver and our support team.

Q: Is the driver cum guide?

Our drivers are experienced locals who can suggest routes and point out major landmarks. However, they are primarily professional chauffeurs, not certified tourist guides.

Q: Are there any hidden charges in the All-Inclusive package?

No. The fixed price of our All-Inclusive packages (Section 5, Option 1) includes Toll, Parking, Driver Batta, and Taxes. Your only extra costs will be entry tickets, food, or any optional points/stops added outside the standard route.

Q: Can I arrange pick-up from the Airport or Navi Mumbai?

Yes, we can arrange pick-up and drop-off from outside the city limits (e.g., Mumbai Airport, Thane, Navi Mumbai), but this may incur an extra distance surcharge which will be calculated and confirmed during booking. Please see Section 7 for details on MMR pickups.
