πŸ’° Payment Terms

To confirm a booking with Citycabz, choose one of the payment options below. We offer flexible payment methods to suit your needs.

  • Full Payment: Pay the total fare at the time of booking to confirm your trip.
  • Advance Payment: Pay 30% advance at booking and the remaining balance on the travel date before the trip starts.

Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit/credit card, net banking (via secure gateway), or cash/digital payment to the driver before the trip.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel, please review the timeframe below to see applicable refunds or charges.

4–7 days before journey Full refund of advance
2–3 days before journey 50% cancellation charges
1 day before journey 75% cancellation charges
On travel date / within 24 hours No refund

Note: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚫 No-Show & Modifications

  • No-Show: If you do not appear at the scheduled pickup without prior notice, the booking is treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
  • Trip changes: To modify date, time, or pickup location, please contact us at least 48 hours before departure. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and fare differences.

Citycabz is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, accidents, or mechanical failures.
