- Location: approximate/precise location if required to provide service (with permission).

💰 Payment Terms
You can confirm bookings using one of the following payment options:
- Full payment: Pay the total fare when booking to confirm your trip.
- Partial payment: Pay 30% advance at booking and the remaining balance on the travel date before the trip begins.
Accepted methods: UPI, debit/credit card, net banking (via secure gateway), or cash/digital payment to the driver before the trip.
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Refunds and charges depend on when you cancel relative to the travel date:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider. If booked via a third-party platform, their refund rules may apply.
No-show & modifications
- No-show: Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup without notice will be treated as a no-show — no refund.
- Modifications: Request changes at least 48 hours before departure. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and fare adjustments.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations/delays due to events beyond our control (severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, etc.).

Services
Citycabz provides taxi and car rental services in Maharashtra and nearby areas. All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability and confirmation. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.
Bookings & payments
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through authorized agents.
- Fares are based on route, vehicle, and timing. Additional charges (tolls, parking, taxes) may apply.
- Payment terms follow the Payment & Cancellation Policy on this page.
- We may cancel bookings for non-payment, suspected fraud, or safety concerns.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking information and be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.
- Passengers must follow local traffic laws and driver instructions; seatbelts must be used.
- Users are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or negligently to vehicles.
Vehicle rules & conduct
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle is prohibited.
- Drivers may refuse or terminate service for abusive or unsafe behavior.
Liability & disclaimers
Citycabz acts as a coordinator/booking platform. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure safety and punctuality, we aren’t liable for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or third-party actions. Except as required by law, we exclude indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes
We may revise these Policies & Terms at any time. The Effective Date at the top indicates the most recent update. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
